Information clause regarding processing of personal data by PPH TADplast T. Jędryszczak

According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we are obliged to inform you on how your personal data is administered by us.

The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded between you and us; or in order to preserve or establish business relations/archival purposes based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR - necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the controller. Your data will be stored as long as it will be necessary to perform all obligations arising from the contract, business relations and from relevant provisions of the law, as well as to pursue any claims, if applicable. Subsequently, the data will be stored for archival purposes.

The above entities were given access only to those data the processing of which was necessary for the proper performance of the contract. P.P.H. Tadplast T. Jędryszczak guarantees each individual whose data it processes the right to access, rectify, erase, and request restricted use of those data. Such individuals may also exercise their right to object to processing, the right to the portability of data in electronic form, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
